We're bringing back our letter mail as one of the options of shipping methods for specific products. This method of shipping provides a cheaper option for customers who are only ordering small quantity of treats. However, there WILL NOT BE TRACKING INFORMATION. We will ship the letter mail in a box that follows the guideline of Canada Post therefore, we can't guarantee that your product(s) will arrive safely as we can only put limited bubble wrap to protect your product(s).
For U.S customers who are using letter mail shipping methods, it will take at least 4-6 weeks to arrive.
For Canadian customers who are using letter mail shipping methods, it will take at least 2-4 weeks to arrive.
